God’s formula for success is completely unlike the world’s formula. Furthermore, His formula works for every person, in every situation, whether at school, in business, families, or church. Today we will take some of these principles from Joshua 1:6-9.
Moses didn’t find a place called home, he found a Person. A Person who was everything to him. Even more than that we would describe as home. Jehovah, the God of Israel, was his home. Moses is saying that God was his dwelling place, his home, his protection, his haven, his refuge.
Deuteronomy 31, helps us to face the future with the attitude of hope. When we look to the future and it seems the waters are rough; we need to take a dive.
Moses is sharing with these people the things that are important. There was no time for “small talk”. At this point, Moses had figured out what really matters.
God wants to bless your life in every way. Notice here we are not talking about an easy life, but a blessed life.
